The staff were very helpful. i found the location quite convenient, as it allowed easy access to the waterfront and nearby restaurants. The waterfront was within walking distance. i was able to enjoy a quick walk to the spar too.

The check-in process was a little slow. It seemed to take longer than expected. the onsite restaurant had a limited menu, disappointing! the food service was haphazard.

the light in my room flickered the entire time i was there , and despite reporting it, no one fixed it. it was a bit frustrating. also , the pillows were not great, they went completely flat as soon as i laid my head down. i WISH they had been more comfortable.

I found the parking very convenient, especially with how central the location is. There were always spaces available. the reception staff were friendly. They quickly addressed an issue i had with the air conditioning in my initial room. the restaurant provided tasty breakfasts. The staff kept everything tidy and were attentive. the hotel even helped cool our champagne for a birthday celebration.

the shower water pressure was somewhat weak, i do hope this receives attention.
